  • ANATOMY OF A BOTTLE DESIGN
Coca Cola comissioned me to explore concepts for a new sports drink called ARC. ARC would compete with the array of testosterone infused sports drinks - Gatorade, Powerade, Accelerade etc. but would break new ground by creating a new definition of sports. Arc was all about flexibility, fluidity and grace rather than brawn and bulk. It’s spark came from Green Tea and it was full of antioxidants, instead of sugar and carbohydrates. The bottle not only had to be beautiful, but function well in even the most intense work-out - ‘gripability’ played a major role in the design process. Much of my inspiration came from the anatomy of the human body, particularly the complex relationship of muscles and tendons in the body in motion.

  • RESTAURANT BRANDING
OTG Management has set out to bring humanity back to travel by providing delicious food, impeccable design, courteous service and value to the traveling public. OTG is the second largest privately held airport food operator in the us. In 2008 - 2009 I worked with award wining architects and designers from ICRAVE New York, to transform the dining experience at Jet Blue’s new Terminal 5. Working in tandem with ICRAVE enabled me to create unique brands that are reflected in the identities, architecture and interiors. Most recently I completed another 25+ unique brands with ICRAVE for the current revitalization program of Delta Airlines terminals at La Guardia, JFK and Minneapolis.
